Charts — Excel Course
Choose charts that answer a business question. Learn it step by step with guided practice on Excelquro.
Understand
Ask the question first. Use columns or bars for category comparison, line for time trends, pie/donut only for a small part-to-whole story, and combo when measures have different scales or meanings. Keep the data order meaningful and avoid decorative effects that hide the pattern.
Worked example
A line chart preserves the order of months and makes the direction of collection immediately visible.
