Excelquro privacy information.

This policy explains the main information Excelquro may process when you use the site.

Learning progress

Excelquro stores progress locally so learning remains fast and usable without an account. When you sign in and Firestore is enabled for the configured Firebase project, progress is also synchronized to a user-scoped cloud document for cross-device continuity.

Device drafts and backups

Unfinished worksheet and project work is saved on this device when device saving is enabled. Saved lab drafts are included in learning JSON backups and can be restored in Settings; they are not synchronized as cloud worksheets. Keep exported backups private because they can include notes and worksheet contents. Clearing browser data removes local copies.

Smart Study Plan

Study availability, checkpoints, reflections, optional salary goals and application notes stay on this device under the current learner account scope. They are included in backups and are not cloud-synced study records. Keep backups private and avoid sensitive employment or identity documents. You can export/reset the plan and delete application details; a minimal deletion marker prevents older backups from restoring a deleted entry. No job applications or messages are sent automatically.

Email accounts

When optional Firebase email authentication is configured, Excelquro sends account authentication data such as email address and optional name metadata to the configured Firebase project. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication rather than stored by Excelquro.

Career Beta services

Optional Formula Doctor and assessed project reviews send the anonymous sample or fictional project submission you explicitly submit to the configured Google Gemini service. Screenshot uploads are disabled. Do not submit employer, financial-account or personal data. AI suggestions use a limited calculation engine and require independent verification for important work. Public assessed records and portfolios require publication consent; they do not verify identity or confer Microsoft certification.

AI request records

The server stores short-lived request IDs, results and token usage to enforce quotas and prevent duplicate charges. Operators must configure a 30-day Firestore TTL on careerRequests.expiresAt before enabling AI. Service logs must not include raw submissions. Account deletion revokes public records and removes the profile; billing records may require retention under the operator’s published policy.

Career Pass availability

Purchases are unavailable in this beta. The planned Career Pass is INR299 for 30 days, without automatic renewal, with finite credits. Live billing and a final refund policy require owner validation before activation.

If analytics, advertising or cookies are added later, this policy should be updated to identify the services used, their purpose and relevant choices.
