Package factual career evidence — Smart Study Module 21
Translate your work into clear outcomes without exaggerating impact or skill level.
Outcomes
- Write evidence-backed achievement bullets
- Create an ATS-readable structure
- Avoid invented salary promises
Understand
Use a simple resume structure: contact information, concise profile, skills, experience, projects and education. Use readable headings and selectable text. Check a plain-text export rather than relying on a universal ATS score.
A good bullet states action, scope, method and a verified result. If you did not measure time saved, do not manufacture a percentage. Training projects should be clearly labeled synthetic and separate from employer achievements.
Salary aspiration is a private planning input, not a guaranteed offer. Leave it blank until the learner chooses to enter it. Role titles and requirements vary by employer; compare real job descriptions.
Follow along
- Open Career Toolkit and write one factual achievement.
- Create a project README with the supplied template.
- List which tools you actually used.
- Review a text copy for readable headings and unsupported claims.
